When installing the driver in macOS, the "Allow" button does not appear

There is a problem with driver authorizations with macOS.  This workaround has been successful to get around the issue:

Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet so the operating system can check with Apple to make sure the driver extension is valid.

With no other applications running…

Launch Lynx Driver Installer by itself from Applications.

Click on the "Remove Driver" button, type in your password when prompted.

Restart the computer.

After the computer has restarted, launch the Lynx Driver Installer from your Downloads folder and follow the prompts.

Click on "Open System Settings" when prompted (NOT THE OK BUTTON!)  

When the Driver Extensions dialog pops up, "Allow" the blocked Lynx Driver Installer, type your password when prompted, then click "Done".

You'll see "Succeeded" in the Lynx Driver Installer.

Go to Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup where you should see the audio device.
