Hilo Apple Big Sur and Apple Silicon M1 support

The Hilo-USB is currently supported on Big Sur with both the Intel and Apple Silicon M1 chip.

The Hilo-TB3 and Hilo-TB are currently supported on Big Sur for Macintosh with the Intel and Apple Silicon M1 chip.
